地面L型钻孔煤层底板注浆加固技术与装备研究

摘要: 为了实现煤层底板超前注浆治理的目的,对地面L型定向钻孔煤层底板注浆加固原理、钻探设备、钻孔设计及钻进工艺进行了系统的研究,形成一套完整的技术与装备。通过赵固一矿18011工作面二1煤层底板L8灰岩含水层注浆加固现场实验,表明研究的钻探装备和钻进技术稳定可靠、工艺先进、煤层底板注浆加固效果良好,不仅丰富和完善了煤层底板水害防治技术,而且实现了区域煤层底板超前注浆改造,对安全高效开采大采深矿井高承压水煤层具有重要意义。

Abstract: It is an important innovation to control the water damage of the coal seam floor by using the mine prevention and control technology combined with the ground L-shaped directional drilling technology and the ground grouting technology, which is based on the drilling and measuring simultaneous orientation techniques. And the system research of directional drilling technology, drilling equipment, drilling structure design and hole making process, formed a complete set of technology. This technology has achieved good construction effect in the grouting reinforcement project of L8 limestone aquifer in the 1801 working face of Zhaogu Coal Mine, which not only enrich and perfect the water damage prevention technology of coal seam floor, but also realize the large area coal seam floor advanced grouting reform, the safe and efficient mining of large mining deep coal mine high pressure coal seam is of great significance.
